Product Description
200 kw biomass power project is composed of five parts: feeding system, gasification system, dust removal system, water purification system and power generation system. The biomass gasifier system is mainly equipped with DY-L800 gasifier with an hourly gas production of 800 m³and slag removal system. The dust collector equipment has bag dust collector and cyclone dust collector to choose from. Generator sets in biomass generator system are 200 kw domestic series, Dowitz, Cummins and Other different models. The above equipment can be configured according to different requirements of customers.

The biomass gasification power generation system developed by our company uses fluidized bed gasifier and gas purification device to convert rice husks, wood chips and straw and stalks into clean fuel gas. The installed capacity of single machine can be made according to user requirements and demands. The system is reliable in operation and easy operation. After firing for more than 20 minutes, it can provide fuel gas to engine-generator unit to generate electricity at 20th minutes after start. In addition to providing customer for self-usage, they can also sell extra power to the office power grid.
